The Greenery Center for Rehab and Nursing provides quality care to the Canonsburg, Pennsylvania area since its establishment in 1985. With a beautiful remodel completed in 2019, our facility offers short-term rehabilitation, long-term nursing care, palliative care, and respite stays in a welcoming environment. The Greenery is recognized for its outstanding patient outcomes, dedicated staff, and exemplary therapy department.
We are located within minutes of major hospitals in the area, with easy access from Interstate I-79 and Pennsylvania 519. We welcome you to take a tour of our facility, one of our team members will be happy to answer any question you may have about you or your loved ones stay at The Greenery.
